Customer Service Assistant – 2-5 days/week flexible hours.
HelloCars.com.au is a fast-growing technology-driven company that is disrupting the used car industry. Founded in 2015, we offer Australians a safer, more convenient and better-value way to buy and sell used cars, without the hassle. We are the first company in Australia to buy and sell used cars online and we deliver nationwide.
This is a casual position (Typically 20-30hrs week) based in Granville. You must be able to work at least 2 full days a week between Monday and Saturday. This is a customer facing role where you will be;
- Driving cars to and from customers across the Sydney metro area for deliveries and pickups
- Completing some basic paperwork with customer
- Cleaning and detailing cars in stock
- Photographing cars (training provided)
- Moving vehicles around the warehouse
- Conducting test drives with customers (from time to time)
- General yard duties as required
- Observing all Health and Safety procedures and standards
To be successful in the role you will have;
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
- An unrestricted driving license and be able to confidentially drive manual cars
- A friendly and positive personality and take a ‘can-do’ approach to your work
- Ideally you will have experience washing cars
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry be highly regarded.
